Heather Martin will offer a series of classes to learn about Mindfulness Meditation, the point of doing it, and becoming more skilled by practicing together.
We will learn different aspects of mindfulness meditation practice, to help free the mind from it’s neurotic and stressful patterns, and cultivating calm, friendliness and well-being in all situations and conditions.
The next series is starting on Thursday January 28, and running over 4 weeks, plus all day Sunday February 14, (or February 21 – depending on participant’s availability). We meet on Thursday evenings from 7:00 – 9:00 pm Heather’s home in the south end of Salt Spring.
